Partly good news:
In my thread on Streamboard w33dburner created a patch and during testing i had not a single freezer from cache.
I disabled even cacheex_cw_check and took 09C4 from all peers again.

This isn't production code yet as the patch will keep all 09C4 info in the RAM till it crashes.
On my System and share that will be after 36-48 Hours. ( 32 GB RAM ).

It works better the more 09C4 cache you have and it will also not repush the fakes ( previous used cw's for other channels )...
