I created the script you needed, even though in the forum they told me it's an old post.
But I thought that maybe since the script now I have done it, it also serves to other friends of the forum.

the script consists of 3 files:
FreeCCcam.php
date.php
freecccam.cfg

we start to configure everything:
First you must have installed on your server,
php and apache, on the net there are many websites that explain how to do.

now you have to insert the freecccam.cfg file in the path...
