b*insport fr astra is OFF in mcs

Hello all.
today b*insport FR astra is OFF has stoped in mcs
it's stoped from all provider 032830 3311 3315 3317
sometime is back working from seca 3311 or 3317
somtimes too is stoped but ecm working
and other times work like now just b*insport1hd working free to air without any keys or maybe with dcw.
i have mcs81
any help about this prob are welcome
