OVH Vs Online bandwidth Experience

Hi Everyone,
Would like some experience regarding those company
Both Offer : Bandwidth 500 Mbps
But the Question :
1/ is it real 500 Mbps ?
2/ Bandwidth 500 Mbps ? Full Duplex ? Mean you can push 500 Mbps (IN) & 500 Mbps (Out)

also i noticed that the Cost in OVH server is 2 time cost at Online
