H 264 HDMI Video Encoder

I have the bein sports receiver with 16 channels. and i was looking for a way to stream all the channels through my iptv panel,
so i was wondering can this device (H 264 HDMI Video Encoder) help me do that. and would one Encoder be enough?

And if there is any better alternatives please share...
