Tommys - Bad Cache Peer Block Script (R81)

I couldn't find any script on here that will block leeching peers who do no give anything in return. I have 3 multics with 500+ cache peers each and it is difficult to disable bad peers daily. So i decided to write the script myself.

!!Tested on R81 ONLY!!

How to install the script:

1. You need to have Apache HTTD or NGINX running with PHP.
2. copy the script to your directory
