R81 Cache to Cache (mostly 0963 uk)

Looking for other 0963 users who are using good DCW and have HD blocked on cache

I have 50 cache peers with all good dcw and a very good SOS VPS server

Ping higher than 200 will be removed
If after a few days 0% cache hits (removed)
If after a few days under 5% instant cache hits (removed)
If seen inactive for a few days (removed)

I use the cache peer firewall script and every hour updates, so if you line is inactive, you will be blocked
